Engineering

     Consolidated Mold currently utilizes Unigraphics NX3 for all of our design and manufacturing needs. We pride ourselves in keeping with current technology in both software and hardware. All of our designs are completed in solid models to reduce error and allow for quick and easy design changes. We pride ourselves in changing design direction at any time throughout the engineering process, to meet our customers needs of maximum efficiency. All of our engineers our specifically trained for the molding industry, and are always advancing their knowledge in CAD, CAM and CAE.

    We are able to handle a wide variety of data formats, including CATIA, DWG, DXF, IGES and Parasolid files to name a few.
